Bremotion is focusing on continuity for the 2026 NASCAR Euro Series season: American Garrett Lowe will once again drive the #99 Chevrolet Camaro and compete for the PRO division championship. His teammate in the same car will again be Dominique Schaak, who will race for Bremotion in the OPEN class. Together, the duo aims to propel the #99 Chevrolet to the top of the team standings as well.
Garrett Lowe hails from Gastonia, North Carolina – the heart of NASCAR country – and is considered one of the most prominent representatives of a new generation of drivers who have made the leap from virtual motorsport to the real racetrack. Before Lowe first climbed into a NASCAR car in Europe, he was already among the top drivers in the eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series. There, he developed an exceptional understanding of slipstreaming, race strategy, and tire management – skills that have also proven invaluable in real-world motorsport.
In his rookie season in the NASCAR Euro Series PRO division in 2025, Lowe immediately made a statement. Four consecutive top-10 finishes at the start of the season and two podium finishes in the PRO category clearly demonstrated the potential of the young American driver. Furthermore, he became the first American driver since Bobby Labonte in 2018 to reach the podium in the series.
The goal for 2026 is clearly defined: an attack on the PRO title. "I'm very excited to return to the NASCAR Euro Series for a second season with Bremotion and BS+COMPETITION and to compete for the PRO championship," says Lowe. "The first season showed the potential within the team. Now we want to take the next step."
For Bremotion team principal Patrick Brenndörfer, Lowe embodies the future of motorsport. “We are very pleased to continue the story of sim racer to real racing driver with our hybrid driver Garrett. After a strong rookie season in 2025 with two podium finishes, he, as an American, has quickly integrated into our European team. For 2026, the goal is clear: more podium finishes, race wins, and an attack on the title with the number 99.”
Alongside Garrett Lowe, Dominique Schaak will also be part of the Bremotion lineup again. The experienced German race car driver will take over the entries in the NASCAR Euro Series OPEN championship and brings valuable experience from several seasons in the series.
Schaak is thus entering his third full season and has established himself in recent years as a consistent competitor and dedicated team player. Since his debut as a guest driver at his home race in the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben in 2023 – where he made a strong statement with twelfth and sixth place finishes – Schaak has fully embraced NASCAR's "Pure Racing" philosophy in Europe.
For the German, who has been active in motorsport for more than 26 years, the decision to continue the collaboration with Bremotion was a logical consequence of a growing partnership based on mutual trust and friendship.
“I’m really looking forward to competing for Bremotion again in 2026, wearing bib number 99,” says Schaak. “I have a lot of respect for the whole team and enjoy working with them. I have great respect for Patrick and am grateful for his trust. A real friendship has developed from that. We’ve already achieved a lot together and have big plans for the future.”
The combination of Schaak's racing experience and Lowe's analytical approach should move the #99 Bremotion Chevrolet forward in both the individual and team standings.
A key component of the project remains the close collaboration with BS+COMPETITION, which bridges the gap between real-world motorsport and esports. "The hybrid racing driver story of Garrett Lowe is entering its next phase," explains Florian Haasper, Team Principal of BS+COMPETITION. "2025 was a great success: Garrett entered the NASCAR Euro Series as a sim racer, was immediately at the forefront, and fought for the title all the way to the final. Now, together with BS+Bremotion, we are taking the next step."
The connection between real-world motorsport and esports makes this project unique. Lowe is one of the few drivers who compete at the highest level in both worlds – in the real NASCAR Euro Series and simultaneously in the eNASCAR series on iRacing.
The NASCAR Euro Series comprises six events, each with four races, in Spain, France, Great Britain, the Czech Republic, Italy, and Belgium. The season opener takes place from April 16th to 19th at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia.
