With the BRABUS 900 ROCKET EDITION, BRABUS places a new pinnacle on the off-road legend. Based on the current Mercedes-AMG G 63 (W 465 series), this uncompromising all-wheel-drive masterpiece combines performance, luxury, and exclusivity in an unprecedented way. Limited to just 30 vehicles worldwide, it's designed for customers who don't seek comparisons, but rather set the standard. Available now at Bremotion.
At launch, the supercar will be offered in two exclusive versions: Signature Black and Stealth Gray. Two characters, one ambition: maximum presence.
The car takes its name from the legendary BRABUS ROCKET 900 V8 biturbo engine. Enlarged to 4.5 liters, this engine delivers 662 kW / 900 hp and develops a maximum torque of 1,250 Nm. This propels the 2,640-kilogram beast from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited to 240 km/h to protect the tires.
But the BRABUS 900 ROCKET EDITION isn't just impressive with its numbers. Its appearance delivers the proverbial "one-second wow" effect. The newly developed ROCKET EDITION visible carbon widebody version gives the vehicle an aggressive, uncompromising silhouette. High-gloss sealed carbon components, a redesigned power dome, massive air intakes, and the BRABUS radiator grille frame, illuminated for the first time, make a clear statement – day and night.
Exclusive visible carbon highlights such as the illuminated rear end with integrated BRABUS logo, the newly developed rear wing and aerodynamically optimized details around the wheel arches underline the high-performance claim of this supercar.
A key design and technical feature is the specially developed 24-inch BRABUS Monoblock II “PLATINUM EDITION” wheels in the legendary three-spoke design. Mounted in the EVO version with visible carbon aero blades, they carry high-performance tires up to 355/25 ZR 24 on the rear axle – a clear commitment to maximum grip and uncompromising aesthetics.
The engine itself follows a BRABUS philosophy that has been in place for decades: more power through increased displacement. Enlarged cylinder bores, forged high-performance components, a special crankshaft milled from a solid block of aluminum, and a sophisticated turbocharging system with two special turbochargers ensure unparalleled power delivery. The maximum boost pressure is 1.4 bar, accompanied by a characteristic blow-off sound thanks to BRABUS BoostXtra valves.
The BRABUS ROCKET stainless steel high-performance exhaust system with side-mounted twin tailpipes in a sidepipe design not only delivers a striking look, but also active sound management. At the touch of a button, the driver can switch between a throaty V8 sound in Sport mode and a discreet "coming home" whisper.
Inside, the BRABUS 900 ROCKET EDITION boasts an uncompromising BRABUS Masterpiece interior. The finest black leather, perforated with millimeter precision, elaborate quilting in an exclusive "shell" design, and high-quality carbon fiber and aluminum applications define the cabin. The Stealth Gray variant adds further accents in vibrant red, Dinamica microfiber, and contrasting details on the seats, center console, and steering wheel.
Newly developed carbon fiber paddle shifters with integrated LED shift indicator – inspired by Formula 1 racing – enable manual gear changes with perfect timing. Illuminated door sills, carbon fiber pedals, 90-degree door hinges, and variable ambient lighting complete the overall concept.
As a stylish extra, each vehicle in this limited series comes with a handcrafted BRABUS Weekender – color-coordinated with the respective interior, made from the finest leather and a clear statement for the ambition of this edition.
